The award winning Minerva Centre is a unique resource in Essex for conference, seminar, training and meeting organisers. Dating from the mid-Victorian period and set within 1650 acres of farmland, the centre features buildings of outstanding charm and architectural interest, designed and restored as a purpose built training, conference and event venue.

We are set within a relaxing and peaceful environment away from everyday noise and distraction, and, beyond the warm welcome and comfort of the main centre, can offer the surrounding farmland for a wide range of outside exercises and recreational activities.

Easy Access

Our location is in Essex, just 3 miles from the centre of historic maritime Maldon, with direct links from the A12 and A130. There is easy access from Chelmsford in just 15 minutes and Colchester in 25 minutes. Junction 28 of the M25 Motorway is a straightforward 35 minute journey. Our location, outside the main town centres, means no early morning or evening rush-hour traffic and no car parking problems when you arrive. Just a warm welcome, hot coffee and comfortable seating. We are well signposted and easy to find.
