From A12 (Chelmsford)
- Leave the A12 (Chelmsford Bypass) at the A414 junction signposted Danbury, Maldon.
- Continue straight through Danbury following signs for Maldon. You will pass a service station / Tesco Express (on the right about 3 miles from the A12 junction) and a mile later the Royal Oak Pub on the left.
- At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit (straight over) and continue through Hazeleigh and Rudely Green for about 2 miles.
- Just past the New Hall Vineyard (on left), the road bears sharply left and continues over a hump-backed bridge for a further mile.
- At the T-Junction turn right into Fambridge Road (B1010),
- After half a mile, just past the Roundbush Pub (set back on right), turn left into Burnham Road (signposted Mundon)
- Then turn Left after 150 yards into Roundbush Farm and follow signs for the Minerva Centre Car Park.
From A12 (Colchester)
- Leave the A12 at Hatfield Peveral junction and take 1st left signposted Maldon.
- Follow this road through Ulting and Langford for about 4 miles to Heybridge.
- After hump-back bridge, turn right at roundabout signposted to Maldon, Chelmsford and Burnham-on-crouch.
- Continue to follow signs for Burnham at next 3 roundabouts (large Morrisons store on left at 3rd roundabout).
- At 4 th roundabout, turn right (B1018 / B1010) signposted to Burnham and Cold Norton.
- Follow this road for 2 miles, through the narrow section with passing bays.
- At Roundbush pub (set back on right) turn left into Burnham Road (signposted Mundon). The Minerva Centre is 150 yards on the left.
From Southend (A13)
- Leave A130 at Rettendon Turnpike, follow signs to South Woodham Ferrers (A132).
- At the end of the dual section, follow signs for Burnham-on-crouch (B1010), past turnings for Stow Maries and Cold Norton.
- At Fambridge, the road bears sharp left then right. At this right hand bend, there is a left turn to Maldon (B1018). Take this left turn and continue up a steep hill until reaching a double mini roundabout complex.
- Go straight ahead (Signposted Chelmsford A414 & Maldon).
- After 1 mile turn right into Burnham Road (signposted Mundon). The Minerva Centre is 150 yds on left.
